Design and build a new home

We start by taking a brief of your requirements, budget, site opportunities and Council requirements. A design may be completed in-house, or through an Architect or Designer. Where practical, at design stage we set up a computerised cost file to track anticipated construction costs against budget. This helps us develop designs and specifications within an agreed construction budget. The design is also progressively developed to maximize energy rating opportunities. Once a design is completed and agreed, working drawings are completed, building contracts are drawn and your project moves to construction stage. Specialist professionals are engaged as required. It is our goal to provide you with a seamless project which allows you as much, or as little involvement as you may prefer. Your project will have one project manager from start to finish. This ensures that your requirements are well understood and communication is clear.

Build from your plans

If you already have your drawn plans, then we can quote and build to those plans. We will still apply our attention to detail and ensure that you receive value for money.

Extensions and renovations

We apply the same design and construction principles to renovating or extending your current home.

Townhouse and unit projects

We can design only, or design and build multi dwelling projects. If your land is appropriately zoned and suitable for multi dwelling development, then we can take your project through design, town planning and construction. Alternatively, you may just wish to value add to your property with a planning permit and marketing plan.

Project management

We offer a project management service for clients who are committed to using their own specialist professionals and builder, or who may wish to owner build. This service is an overseeing and coordinating function. You gain the benefit of our knowledge, experience and network of contacts.

Building consultancy and advocacy

This is a broad advisory service that may include anything from marketing and feasibility studies on multi dwelling projects, buyers advocacy, or right through to assessment of existing third party building and professional service contracts. We provide an experienced builders perspective on your project, and consult in your best interests.

Joint venture developments

We have valuable experience in multi townhouse and unit developments. We work with investors to develop sites in partnership. Your land or ours.
